The password you have been using to access Outlook Web App may have expired. You would have been prompted to change this at some point. If you did not, then you may find yourself locked out of Outlook but find you can still access other systems such as Moodle.

Trouble logging in?

Should you experience trouble logging back in to the Parent Portal or receive an error message, try the following links to reset the login screen:

If you are still unsuccessful​ you can try:

  • Clearing your browser history & cookies

  • Try deleting your saved passwords and keychains

  • Try resetting your password via the login screen.
