Music students at Aquinas College have several opportunities to demonstrate their exceptional talents, not only in the classroom, but also on the stage.
Music within the classroom continues to grow at Aquinas College and is offered to all students. Middle School Music students have the opportunity to develop a variety of musical techniques and broaden their knowledge of performing, composing and music theory fundamentals.  These skills continue to be built upon in the Senior Years with students advancing as performers, composers and musicologists in both the Music and Music Extension classrooms.

The Music Department offers several diverse experiences for students within our co-curricular program.  The College Concert Band and Jazz Band rehearse every Monday afternoon and perform frequently throughout the school year.  Additionally, the liturgical group, Pro Deo, a smaller rock band comprising vocalists, guitarists, pianists and drummers, performs regularly at liturgical events at the College.

Our team of private instrumental tutors compliments the co-curricular groups that are offered at the College. Private tuition is offered for a number of musical instruments and students who are interested are encouraged to contact the Music Department.

The Aquinas College Music Department welcomes all new music students to our co-curricular groups and looks forward to working with them throughout the school year.
