​​The Junior School Curriculum at Aquinas College provides Year 8 students with the opportunity to transition well from primary school to secondary school.  Students are encouraged to actively participate in their learning within a safe and nurturing classroom environment.  Students are allocated to a core class in Year 8, as well as having the opportunity to complete elective subjects. 

In Year 8, students complete the following core subjects for the entire school year:

Religious Education

English

Mathematics

Science

History/Geography

Health and Physical Education
